【摘 要】在自治区实施人才强区背景下，为适应新疆建设丝绸之路经济带桥头堡的新形势下，依托新疆交通职业技术学院国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地建设，充分发挥地方交通行业专业技术人员继续教育在人才队伍建设中的基础性支撑作用，本文通过分析新疆交职院国家基地建设成效、存在的问题与不足，提出了国家级继续教育基地建设发展的建议。

【Abstract】In order to adapt to the new situation of Xinjiangs construction of the bridgehead of the Silk Road economic belt， relying on the construction of the continuing education base for national-level professional and technical personnel of Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Communications（XJVTCC）， the continuing education of local traffic professionals and technical personnel should be brought into full play in the construction of the contingent of The basic supporting role， this paper analyzes the national base construction results， problems and shortcomings， and puts forward suggestions for the construction and development of national continuing education base of XJVTCC.

为推动自治区专业技术人员深层次继续教育工作，深入开展专业技术人才知识更新工程，打造终身学习教育体系，依托国家第五批国家级专业技术人员继续教育基地之一的新疆交通职业技术学院，根据区位优势及交通运输特色，围绕西部地区交通运输类专业技术人才的需求和产业发展，以及地方职业院校在交通行业继续教育与培训工作的特点，探索创新发挥行业优势，完善高职院校在行业专业技术人才继续教育体系，在基地建设过程中取得了一些经验，也对面临的问题进行了思考。

1 继续教育基地建设取得的成效

1.1 创新运行机制

新疆交职院作为职业院校国家级继续教育基地建设单位，与本科高校、科研机构等基地不同，在缺乏优质师资的现状下，立足交通行业优势、结合学院特点，采用聘请区内外科研院所和行业企事业单位专家作为主讲形式进行专业技术培训。……
