消费过度诱发金融风险的机理研究

[摘 要]布雷顿森林体系的解体使得由消费过度引发金融风险成为了可能,美国次贷危机为这种模式提供了事实依据。以索洛增长模型及没有实体经济支撑的量化宽松政策可能引发消费过度,最终导致金融风险的理论角度进行分析,并研究消费过度可能诱发金融风险的机制:过度刺激性政策将引发消费过度、消费过度容易引发的通货膨胀损害未来消费能力、消費的保障能力与消费现状不匹配,居民杠杆率上升过快、非理性消费易造成资源的错配、过度刺激地产市场是对消费能力的透支。

Abstract: the disintegration of bretton woods system makes it possible for financial risks caused by excessive consumption. The subprime crisis provides a factual basis for this model. In this paper, according to the theory of overconsumption caused the financial crisis has its rationality, as the cradle of the subprime crisis from the United States as the logical context, to illustrate overconsumption cause financial risk also has its evolution of soil. This article through to the us subprime mortgage crisis before the problems of excessive consumption, explore the problems of excessive consumption in China, as well as to the impact of the financial system, and tries to put forward the relative construction meaningful objective opinions.

一、引言
本文所指的消费过度可以从两个方面来理解,一种是绝对的消费过度,衡量指标有居民杠杆率等,另一种就是与之前相比,消费的相对变化。
凯恩斯认为经济危机的成因是有效需求不足,并进一步将有效需求不足的成因归结于三大心理规律,即边际消费倾向递减、流动性偏好以及资本的边际效率递减。但2008年的国际金融危机明显地推翻了凯恩斯关于经济危机成因的论述,这场起源于美国的次贷危机带有明显的消费过度特点。历经两次工业革命的发展以及两次世界大战的催化,美国有了极为完备的工业体系,生产能力较强,但伴随着二战的结束,美国迫切需要刺激国内消费来解决过剩的产能。……
