[摘要]随着科学技术的发展，北京未来将由自然资源经济向非自然资源经济发展，社会全面进入知识型社会，文化创意难度加大，职业准入门槛提高。AR、大数据、AI、区块链、物联网、信息、通讯技术、机器人技术等将是未来文化创意产业发展的关键技术，这些前沿的科学技术成为北京新文化的基础，商业形式和经济形式更加多样化，新文化将以数字化、智能化和民主化的形式呈现。社交网络、智能云平台加快新文化传播。北京新文化将是推动文化创意产业发展的主力军，传承文化是新文化的一部分，相关的职业、教育、对创意人才的要求将随之发生巨大变化。

[Abstract]With the development of science and technology， the focus of Beijing's economic development has shifted from the economy that relies on natural resources to the one that relies on non-natural resources. The society has become a knowledge-driven society in an all-round way， making it more difficult for the development of cultural creativity industries. AR， big data， AI， block chain， Internet of things， information， communication technology， robotics， etc. will be the key technologies for the development of cultural and creative industries in the future. These cutting-edge science and technology will become the basis of Beijing's new culture which will be presented digitally， intelligently and democratically，and the commercial forms and economic forms will be more diversified.The new culture will spread rapidly in the form of social networks， and intelligent cloud platforms. The new Beijing culture will be the main force to promote the development of Beijing's cultural and creative industries. The inheritance culture is only a part of the new culture. Cultural and creative occupations， cultural and creative education， and the demands for creative talents will also change dramatically.

随着科学技术的发展，北京的经济产业发生了巨大的变化，正在从自然资源经济向非自然资源经济转变，社会开始全面进入知识型社会[1]。北京的工种越来越向着先进知识、多学科知识、综合知识的方向发展，职业的准入门槛提高，越来越多人开始从事更核心、更有价值的工作，简单的、重复性的工作，知识执行者的工作不断被科学技术所替代，大量的新兴知识和知识程度高的工种层出不穷。产业、工种、从业、学科、专业、生活方式、城市发生翻天覆地的变化，一些学科弱化或者消失，一些学科产生或者强化，学科综合性和交叉性发展呈现出更加明显的趋势，科学技术对它们产生深刻的影响。……
