【摘 要】房屋工程造价管理是现代工程建筑施工企业的重要工作，其直接关系到企业和投资主体的经济利益、建筑施工市场竞争规范化等，而工程造价预结算审核又是合理确定工程造价的必要程序及重要手段，所以审计人员必须了解熟悉招投标方面的相关知识，合同内容、施工图纸，进行现场调查和实地勘察，现场按竣工图、设计变更、现场签证进行工程量的核实，必须要以建设工程竣工图及施工现场为依据，严格按照各专业的工程量计算规则对工程量逐项进行审查核实，才能确保工程竣工结算的准确性。
