摘要：技术创新是企业根据市场需求，研制新技术，开发新产品，最终实现商业化获利的一系列活动，它是企业提升核心竞争力的来源，但是技术和市场不确定性使得企业难以有效地做出技术创新投资决策。通过整理有关技术创新投资决策的国内外文献，从技术创新的涵义、技术创新投资决策的特点、方法以及基于期权博弈的技术创新投资决策几个方面，对目前的研究进行归纳和评述，并提出发展展望。

Abstract： Technological innovation is a series of activities for enterprises to develop new technologies and new products according to market demand， and finally realize the business profit. Technological innovation is the source of promoting the core competitiveness， but uncertainty in technology and market make it difficult for enterprise to make effective investment decisions on technological innovation. In accordance with the domestic and foreign literatures on technological innovation investment decision， the research status is summarized and reviewed from the connotation of technological innovation， the characteristics and methods of technological innovation investment decision， and the investment decision based on Option Game. Finally， the future prospect is proposed.

1  技术创新的涵义

美籍奥地利经济学家熊彼特（1912）在《经济发展理论》一书中提出创新这一概念[1]，即通过重新组合生产要素，建立一个新的生产函数并引入到生产体系的活动中。创新可以分为五种类型：生产新产品;引入新的生产方法;开辟新市场;获得新原材料或半制成品的供给来源;采用新的组织方式。他将创新定义为企业家职能，创新是由追求剩余价值的具有企业家精神的企业完成，其创新目的在于获取企业潜在的超额利润，这赋予了创新的经濟学含义。

尽管熊彼得首次提出创新理论，列出创新的一些具体表现形式，但却没有直接对技术创新给出严格定义。国外学者多年来虽对此定义有不同的见解，但都强调技术创新的最终目的是技术的商业应用和新产品的市场成功。例如，C. Freeman（1982）认为技术创新是新产品或新服务、新……
