[摘要] 乳腺癌属于女性的一种常见恶性肿瘤，发病率在恶性肿瘤中占比约为7%～10%，导致患者身心健康受到严重影响。因此，在治疗过程中，需要配合相应的护理，而常用护理方式为心理护理与饮食指导等，旨在提高临床治疗的效果。该文主要总结了32例妊娠相关乳腺癌患者的护理，同时对32例妊娠相关乳腺癌患者做好心理支持，因治疗方案个体化患者需要得到充分的知情同意，强调化疗的必要性，术后重视伤口皮瓣的护理及产褥期的护理，指导患者做好康复锻炼，旨在预防并发症，提高临床治疗的效果。

[Abstract] Breast cancer is a common malignancy in women， and the incidence rate is about 7% to 10% in malignant tumors， which can seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients. Therefore， in the course of treatment， it is necessary to cooperate with the corresponding nursing， and the usual nursing mode is the psychological nursing and dietary guidance， which aims to improve the effect of clinical treatment. This paper mainly summarizes the 32 cases of pregnancy associated breast cancer， at the same time implements psychological support， those patients for individualized treatment need to be fully informed， to be emphasized the necessity of chemotherapy， postoperative flap wound nursing and puerperium care， rehabilitation exercises to be guided patients， designing to prevent the complications and to improve the clinical effect of treatment.

妊娠相关的乳腺癌（PABC）指的是妊娠期或是分娩后1年诊断出原发性的乳腺癌[1]。妊娠相关乳腺癌是一种特殊的乳腺癌，在妊娠女性中的发病率为1/10 000～1/3 000，占全部乳腺癌的0.2%～3.8%。目前，PABC治疗缺乏统一标准，因此还需要相关人员深入研究，同时培养相应的护理，改善患者生活质量，该文选取该院于2013年9月—2016年9月收治的32例患者，现报道如下。

1 临床资料

选取该院2013年9月—2016年9月期间收治32例妊娠相关乳腺癌患者。年龄23～41岁，平均年龄（29±3岁）；体重45～1 kg，平均体重（58±2）kg。12例首次妊娠，20例再次妊娠。18例早期妊娠，乳房B超穿刺后示乳腺癌，患者要求终止妊娠后再进行手术治疗；2例中期妊娠，腋下淋巴结有转移，无脏器转移，患者及家属要求继续妊娠，予EC（法玛新+环磷酰胺）方案化疗2程，待产后2周行改良根治术，术后再行化疗；……
