摘 要：在国家提出产教融合战略，培养创新创业人才时代背景下，皖西学院善于抓住改革契机，深化产教融合，细化校企合作，探索动物科学专业创新创业人才的培养路径和有效机制。将产教融合与创新创业人才培养模式改革进行科学精准的结合，基本改革思路和措施如下：（1）产教融合，校企合作修订人才培养方案，突出创新创业能力培养；（2）改革实践教学环节，提高专业技能和创新能力；（3）产教融合，校企深度合作，协同育人；（4）丰富第2课堂，鼓励支持创新创业大赛。通过对动物科学专业2010级、2011级、2012级，2013级等连续4届学生的教学实践检验，反映出产教融合战略科学精准的贯穿于人才培养全过程，促进了动物科学创新创业人才质量很大提高，获得社会行业的较好赞誉。摸索出的改革模式期望能对其他学科专业提供借鉴。

Exploration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talents Cultivation of Animal Science along with Integration of Production and Teaching Accelerating

Abstract：In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation era along with integration of production and teaching strategy，West Anhui University was good at seizing reform opportunity，and deeped the integration of production and teaching，and refined school-enterprise cooperation.The college explored the route and effective mechanism about innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation of animal science specialty in detail.It was scientifically accurate combined between innovation and entrepreneurship talents cultivation and integration of production and teaching.The ideas and measures of reform： （1） revision talents cultivation program and highlighting the cultivation of innovation ability combination integration of production teaching and school-enterprise cooperation； （2）reformation of practice teaching and improvement the professional skill and innovative ability； （3） cooperative education talents though deeppen integration of production teaching and school-enterprise cooperation； （4）enrichment extracurricular activities，encourage and support innovation and entrepreneurship competition.The teaching reform practice tested in 4 consecutive college students in the major of animal science of 2010、2011、2012、2013 levels.It declaimed that animal science innovation and entrepreneurship talents was distinct improved and obtained better recognition of the community industry，with integration of production and teaching strategy scientifically accurate throughout the entire process of talents cultivation.In the hope of providing a reference for other subject reform.

產教融合一般定义为：一种由院校、企业、政府等多方参与，以满足社会对高素质技能型劳动力需求为目的，以互信合作为基础，以多方共赢为动力，以项目合作为载体，通过对各主体优质资源的共建共享、整合优化实现多主体协同育人的社会组织形式[1]。产教融合是教育界与产业界为了推动技能养成与发展而进行的资源优势互补的合作活动、关系及其保障制度[2]。国务院印发了《关于深化高等学校创新创业教育改革的实施意见》，对加强创新创业教育提出了明确要求：到2017年“要普及创新创业教育”，形成“具有中国特色的创新创业教育理念”，到2020年“要建立健全高校创新创业教育体系”[3]。……
