摘 要 “大众创业，万众创新”背景下，高职院校学生的创新创业能力培养的重要性日益凸显。新形势下，如何提升高职院校学生的创新创业能力，成为很多高职院校教学改革的主攻方向。本文在简要探讨当前高职院校学生创新创业能力培养现状的基础上，有针对性地从课堂教学内容改革、师资建设、创新环境、激励机制等几个角度论述了高职院校学生创新创业能力提升的路径。

The Path of Improving the Ability of Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation"， the importance of cultivating students' innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is becoming more and more prominent. Under the new situation， how to improve the ability of students in higher vocational colleges to innovate and innovate has become the main direction of teaching reform in many higher vocational colleges. Based on a brief discussion of the current situation of the cultivation of students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges， this paper discusses the path of improving innovation and entrepreneurship of vocational college students' capacity from the perspectives of classroom teaching content reform， teacher construction， innovation environment and incentive mechanism.

0 引言

道路决定命运。我国明确提出要坚持走中国特色自主创新道路，着力培养造就一批有强烈的创新意识与创新能力、创新精神的创新人才。当今时代，是知识经济时代，以高科技与智慧为显著特征与标志，技术变革不断引领时代发展潮流。这种形势下，高职院校要更加重视学生创新创业能力的塑造，有效提升学生的综合素质，不断提升学生的自主创新创业能力。

1 高职院校学生创新创业能力现状

由于高職院校具有的双重性特征，培养高层次高素质职业技能人才是高职院校的光荣职责。但是由于各方面因素的影响，很多高职院校在学生创新创业能力培养方面有所欠缺，具体而言，存在以下几点问题。

1.1 学生的创新创业意识不够

由于缺乏相应的教学激励机制，很多高职院校的教师们对学生的创新创业能力培养没有给予足够的关注。加上传统应试教育思维的作用及优越的成长环境影响，绝大多数学生自主创新创业的意识不强，投入到创新创业训练的积极性也不是很高。……
