摘 要 目的：调查分析海南省大学生的大五人格特征，为培养大学生的健全人格提供实证性依据。方法：采用“大五”人格问卷对1000名海南省大学生施测。结果：1.女生的宜人性高于男生；2.独生子女的开放性高于非独生子女，非独生子女的宜人性高于独生子女；3.学生干部的外向性高于非学生干部；4.没有住校经历的神经质高于有住校经历的，有住校经历的外向性和宜人性高于没有住校经历的。

Analysis of Big Five Personality Characteristics of

College Students in Hainan Province

Abstract Objective To investigate and analyze the big five personality characteristics of college students in Hainan Province， and to provide an empirical basis for training college students' sound personality. Methods 1000 college students in Hainan Province were tested by the "Big Five" Personality Questionnaire. Results 1.The agreeableness of female students is higher than that of boys； 2.The students of only child families are more open than that of non only children， and the agreeableness of students of the non only child family is higher than that of the only child； 3.The extraversion of student leaders is higher than that of non - student leaders； 4.The neuroticism of students without residence experience was higher than that of residence experience， and the extroversion and agreeableness of students with residence experience were higher than those without residence experience.

0 引言

目前学术界没有给予人格统一的界定，如Allport认为人格是个体内部决定其特征性行为和思想的身心系统的动力组织；[1]许燕认为人格是个体在社会生活的适应过程中，对己、对人、对事、对物做出反应时，其自身所显示出来的异于别人的独特心理品质。[2]由于人格受到遗传因素、家庭教育、学校与社会环境等的影响，展现了“人心不同，各如其面”的人格独特性，相关的研究如下，蓝海发现影响人格的因素有：年龄、年级、学科类别、父母亲职业；[3]肖三蓉的研究表明，不同性别的青少年的人格差异显著；[4]郭异凡的研究表明，男女、单亲、贫困、城市农村对人格产生重要的影响。[5]通过对人格的了解可以帮助我们自我探索、自我完善，有利于寻求健康、和谐的心理发展途径。

尽管关于人格的研究较多，但采用大五人格问卷对各类别的海南省的大学生进行实证性研究的文献甚少。本研究以海南省大学生为研究对象，主要从性别、独生子女、学生干部、住校经历几方面着手分析大五人格特征，为培养大学生的健全人格提供实证性依据。……
