摘 要 法官不仅是一份职业，更是一种使命，它是公正的代表，正义的化身，是人民群众的希望。随着经济的不断发展，社会法制的不斷完善，对法官的职业道德提出了更高的要求，只有不断提高法官的职业道德，才能实现最大程度的公平正义，才能切实维护人民大众的合法权益。从当前的形势来看，法官的职业道德普遍良好，能做到不偏不倚，全心全意为人民服务，但是，官职业道德缺失现象仍然存在，加强法官职业道德建设刻不容缓。

On the Construction of Judges' Professional Ethics

Abstract A judge is not only a profession， but also a mission. It is a representative of justice， the embodiment of justice， and the hope of the people. With the continuous development of the economy and the continuous improvement of the social legal system， higher requirements are placed on the professional ethics of judges. Only by continuously improving the professional ethics of judges can we achieve the maximum degree of fairness and justice and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Judging from the current form， the judge's professional ethics is generally good， can be impartial and serve the people wholeheartedly. However， the lack of official professional ethics still exists， and it is imperative to strengthen the construction of judges' professional ethics.

法官，维护人民利益的特殊群体，是人民的守护神，也是维护司法公正与司法公信力的精神基础。这就要求法官必须具备较高的职业道德素养。“法官职业道德是指从事审判工作的人民法官，在履行其职责活动中应该遵循的行为规范和应该具备的道德品质。”

1 法官应具备的职业道德

1.1 法官应该具有客观公正的意识

客观公正是对法官最起码的要求，人民对法官的信任源于法官的客观公正，没有徇私枉法。法官应该不为他人的意愿所左右，不受各种利益的诱惑，客观地应对每一个案件。在现实生活中，徇私枉法、利益驱使诱惑而发生的冤假错案的案件时有发生，导致受害者的权利没有受到维护，甚至造成一些不可挽回的惨剧。这就需要法官首先在日常生活和工作中要不断端正自己的态度，端正自身的一言一行；态度决定了一个人是否具有强烈的责任意识，没有良好的态度，必定在工作中会犯各种错误，甚至损害人民的利益。……
