摘 要 在幼儿园开展混龄游戏符合当前学前教育改革的理念，并且能丰富幼儿的游戏形式和内容。本文结合教育学、心理学的相关理论以及已有的相关研究结论，混龄游戏开展的价值进行论述，混龄游戏的开展对我国儿童有着独特的教育意义。但，混龄游戏的开展不是盲目的、形式化的，而是科学的、规范的，混龄游戏的开展也应该是有章法可循的。本文试图从专业理论的学习、管理体系的建立、家园合作三个方面对幼儿园开展混龄游戏提出指导策略的思考。

The Value and Guiding Strategy of Kindergartens to Carry out Mixed-Age Games

Abstract The development of mixed-age games in kindergartens is in line with the current concept of preschool education reform and can enrich the game format and content of young children. This paper combines the relevant theories of pedagogy， psychology and existing research conclusions， and discusses the value of mixed-age games. The development of mixed-age games has unique educational significance for children in China. However， the development of mixed-age games is not blind， formal， but scientific and standardized. The development of mixed-age games should also be rule-based. This paper attempts to put forward the guiding strategy of kindergartens to carry out mixed age games from three aspects： the study of professional theory， the establishment of management system and the cooperation of home.

2000年，世界學前教育组织柯蒂斯主席访问中国，对中国的独生子女教育提出建议：“如果能够把不同年龄段的孩子混合在一起开展活动，孩子们就能够相互帮助，使孩子在情感上和社会交往上得到充分的发展。”可见，混龄活动对我国儿童有着独特的教育意义。游戏是幼儿的主要学习和活动方式，幼儿游戏的同伴也应该是丰富和多元的，因此，开展混龄游戏将是对幼儿园游戏活动的有益补充。

在已有研究中，对于混龄游戏的概念界定有许多方式，目前比较一致的说法是：幼儿混龄游戏指的是不同年龄的幼儿个体间（年龄差为1～2岁），在自由的空间里选择伙伴、材料场地、主题，在游戏的互动中共同合作，使游戏能沿着幼儿的愿望不断扩展，并使之获得不同层次的发展，通过共同活动而交流信息，沟通感情的过程。……
