摘 要 在国家对高校教育大力扶持的新形势下，该文分析了“地方名人文化”校本课程开发的现实背景，依托浙江农业商贸职业学院，从课程目标的设定、课程内容的编排、课程实施的构想与课程评价的建议四个层面着手，构建高校“地方名人文化”德育校本课程，跨出高校德育校本课程开发研究的重要一步，从理论和实践方面推动高校校本课程构建的探索。

Development of the Moral Education School-based Curriculum

about "Local Celebrity Culture" Research

——Taking Zhejiang Agricultural Business College as an Example

Abstract The new situation of university education was surging under the support from the nation. This paper was take Zhejiang Agricultural Business College as an example， analyzed the background of develop the School-based Curriculum about "Local celebrity culture". The research elaborated from the aspects of the objectives， contents， implementation and evaluation of curriculum， which aims to structure the moral education school-based curriculum. It was an important step of develop the moral education school-based curriculum， improved the exploration of the school-based curriculum in both theory and practice.

校本课程的开发是以促进师生发展为宗旨，“学校作为主体对各种资源（包括地方文化）所作出的一种积极选择和开发” 。[1]地方名人文化是地方文化的重要组成部分，是独具优势的德育资源，浙江农业商贸职业学院在坚持“树人成德，行知达材”的校训精神指引下，应充分挖掘绍兴名人文化资源，开发实施校本课程，紧抓学院德育教育，努力打造人人都是德育工作者，科科都是育人教育课的局面，推动学院“思政课程”和“课程思政”协同育人，建立全方位、立体化育人模式，有效实现隐性思政教育，以提高学生竞争力为核心，展现学院教育的独特性和自主性，促进学院教育工作取得新进展和新突破。
