摘 要 在落实素质教育及推动新课程改革的过程之中，思想政治教育开始受到了社会各界的广泛关注，不可否认，思想政治教育工作符合我国素质教育的实质要求，能够真正促进学生成长以及发展，但是对于我国高校学生的思想政治教育管理工作来说，管理难度相对较大，形式相对较为复杂，本文结合我国高校思想政治教育工作的实施情况，对具体的管理进行进一步的分析以及研究。

Abstract In the process of implementing quality education and promoting new curriculum reform， ideological and political education has begun to receive widespread attention from all walks of life. It is undeniable that ideological and political education work meets the substantive requirements of quality education in China and can truly promote student growth and development， but for the management of ideological and political education of college students in China， the management difficulty is relatively large and the form is relatively complicated. This paper combines the implementation of ideological and political education work in China's colleges and universities to further analyze and study the specific management.

0 引言

作为思想政治教育工作之中的重要载体，管理载体对实现思想政治教育工作的有效落实，高校思想政治管理涉及组织计划，调控决策，领导的不同的过程以及要求，大部分的工作环节存在紧密的联系，上级管理部门以及基层工作者必须要了解与管理相关的纪律秩序以及相关的制度，以此来更好地管理数据，实现管理专业水平的整体提升。另外，我国的新课程标准改革强调，在落实教育教学实践的过程中，老师以及学校的领导者需要正视学生的主体地位，以实现学生的可持续发展为教学目标，将专业课程教学与思想政治教育相结合，实现两者之间的完美融合和对接，保障学生既能掌握扎实的专业基础知识，还能具备良好的思想道德素质和品行，真正成为高素质的专业应用型人才。
