摘 要 会计学专业本科毕业论文质量受众多因素的共同影响，主要包括指导老师、毕业生、管理考核机制等。加强指导老师队伍建设是提升毕业论文质量的关键，充分发挥学生的主体作用是提升毕业论文质量的核心，完善管理是提升毕业论文质量的有力保障。

Study on the Optimization of Undergraduate Thesis Quality in Accounting

Abstract The quality of undergraduate thesis in accounting is influenced by many factors like teachers， graduates， and management mechanism. Strengthening the professional competency of instructors is the key to improving the quality of the thesis. Giving full play to the students' initiative is the core of improving the quality of the thesis. Perfecting the management mechanism is a powerful guarantee for improving the quality of the thesis.

本科畢业论文（设计）是衡量学生综合水平的重要教学实践环节，是衡量和检验高等院校教学质量的重要方面，也是学生毕业与学士学位资格认证的重要依据。因此，在教育部推行的本科教学工作水平评估中，毕业论文（设计）作为一个重要的二级指标被单列在评估指标体系的一级指标教学效果之中。[1]经过几十年的理论探讨和实践摸索，我国本科毕业论文（设计）制度已形成相对稳定的操作范式，在培养学生严谨科学态度、严密逻辑能力、严格习作训练等方面发挥了积极作用。[2]但随着我国高等教育的快速发展，人才培养质量不适应经济社会发展的矛盾也日益凸显。如何确保本科毕业论文（设计）质量，是当前本科院校教学工作中的重要课题，也引起了学界的广泛探讨。

会计学专业本科毕业论文质量受众多因素的共同影响，主要包括指导老师、毕业生、管理考核机制等。本文拟从以上方面探讨优化会计学专业本科毕业论文质量的途径，以期对提升毕业论文质量有所裨益。
