摘 要 艺术硕士专业学位的设置初衷、培养目标决定了实践环节在其培养过程中的重要地位。作为重要的实践平台，实践基地的建设日趋彰显出必要性和紧迫性。上海音乐学院近年来在基地布局、管理细节等方面积极探索，对于专业学位艺术硕士实践基地的建设工作有着一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract The original intention and training objectives of the Master of Arts degree determine the important position of the practice link in its training process. As an important practice platform， the construction of practice bases has increasingly highlighted the necessity and urgency. In recent years， the Shanghai Conservatory of Music has actively explored the layout and management details of the base， and has certain reference significance for the construction of the professional degree master's practice base.

1 藝术硕士实践基地建设的必要性

专业学位艺术硕士的培养目标是高层次、应用型音乐人才，关键词“应用型”决定了这类人才的属性，进而决定了培养过程必须包含大量的实践环节。作为实践环节的重要依托，实践基地建设的必要性和重要意义不言而喻。教育部早在2009年《关于做好全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养工作的若干意见》中就已提出，“注重吸纳和使用社会资源，合作建立联合培养基地，联合培养专业学位研究生，改革创新实践性教学模式”。

2015年，在十年建设经验的基础上，《艺术硕士专业学位研究生指导性培养方案（2015年修订版）》出台，文件明确提出，“艺术硕士专业学位课程与实践环节总学分应不少于50学分，其中实践类课程与环节应占60%以上”。这就从政策上规定了艺术硕士专业学位培养必须在实践环节下功夫，间接对实践基地的建设提出了要求。

2 上海音乐学院实践基地体系化建设探索

近年来，上海音乐学院在教育部的政策引领和上海市教委的大力支持下，在研究生教育层面稳步推进实践基地建设工作，取得了可喜成果。……
