摘 要 为满足学生个性化的要求，中国大学急需改变办学思想和办学实践。作为高等教育的投资者，大学生的权益应该被放到首位，其在高等教育的中心位置应该得到确认。中国大学应该以人才培养作为其最根本的职能，坚持“育人”为本，坚持通识教育与专业教育相结合的人才培养模式，不断深化课程体系和教学方法的改革。

Student-centeredness is the Starting Point of China's University Reform

Abstract In order to meet the requirements of students' individuality， Chinese universities are in urgent need of changing their thinking and practice. As investors in higher education， the rights and interests of college students should be put in the first place， and their central position in higher education should be recognized. China's universities should take talent training as their most fundamental function， adhere to the "education" as the basis， adhere to the general education and professional education combined with talent training model， and constantly deepen the reform of curriculum system and teaching methods.

从1978年至今，中国的改革开放已经持续了四十年，经济建设取得了举世瞩目的成就，中国的经济体制也已基本完成从计划经济向市场经济的转变。然而中国的高等教育依然停留在计划经济时代，①政府的教育主管部门仍然控制着大学的招生名额、专业设置和学位审批等一系列日常办学决策，与经济领域中政府不再干预企业的日常决策形成鲜明的对比。为适应新形势，满足学生个性化的成长要求，中国高等教育的转型刻不容缓。其中，中国大学的办学思想和办学实践急需变革。作为高等教育的投资者，大学生的权益应该被放到首位，其在高等教育的中心位置应该得到确认。

1 以学生为中心，让人才培养成为大学的核心使命
