【摘 要】由于特种设备在使用过程中，自身带有不安全性，因此我国对于特种设备的管理是通过特殊的监管模式来进行监督和管理，以此保证特种设备的安全运行。但是随着我国工业化和信息化的快速推进，加大了对特种设备的投入，对特种设备的监管存在一定盲区，容易引发了一系列的安全事故。本文为了能够及时发现隐患、消除隐患，确保特种设备的安全运行，保障人民群众的生命财产安全，加强对特种设备的监管力度，从根本上保障特种设备的安全运行。

【Abstract】because special equipment has its own insecurities in the process of use， the management of special equipment in our country is supervised and managed through special supervision mode to ensure the safe operation of special equipment. However， with the rapid development of industrialization and informatization in our country， the investment in special equipment has been increased， and there are certain blind areas for the supervision of special equipment， which can easily lead to a series of safety accidents. This article in order to be able to timely detect hidden dangers， eliminate hidden dangers， ensure the safe operation of special equipment， ensure the safety of people's lives and property， strengthen the supervision of special equipment， and fundamentally guarantee the safe operation of special equipment.

0 引言

特種设备是指的锅炉、压力容器、压力管道、电梯、起重机械、客运索道、大型游乐设施和场厂内专用机动辆等八大类，特种设备主要应用在一些特殊的环境，对我国的经济发展起到重要的支撑作用，广泛的应用于冶金、医药、化工和食品等行业[1-2]。随着我国的工业化和信息化的不断推进，对特种设备的需求也与日俱增，如果监查和管理不到位就会带来安全隐患，甚至是巨大的灾难数量急剧上升，因此，特种设备的安全监管对国民经济和社会发展起到保驾护航的作用。

1 特种设备的特点与管理

随着我国工业和城市建设的飞速发展，不仅增加了特种设备的投入，特种设备的生产企业也在快速成长，并出现了一批较大的国有企业[3-4]。比如：游乐场中的一些特种设备，都是从无到有。如果其使用的特种设备不了解其特点，疏于监督和管理，不按照国家规定标准执行，就会在运行过程中产生很多不利于安全的隐患。……
