【摘 要】麻醉科住院医师规范化培训是培养麻醉专科医生的重要阶段，临床上对规培医师的培养模式不尽相同。我基地自2014年起对规培医师采用PBL模式进行临床带教，探讨PBL教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训中的有效性。实践表明，PBL教学法符合我基地麻醉科住院医师规范化培训的临床教学实际需要，能够调动规培医师的学习兴趣和积极性，提高规培医师解决临床实际问题的能力，能够促进教学相长。

【Abstract】The standardized training of resident physicians in anesthesiology department is an important stage in the cultivation of anesthesiologists.In clinic，the training mode of resident physicians is different.We use PBL mode in clinical teaching since 2014，to discuss the effectiveness of PBL mode. The practice shows that the PBL teaching mode meets the practical training of anesthesiologists in our hospital， it is able to mobilize the learning interest and enthusiasm of training residents，to improve the ability of physicians to solve practical problems，and to promote teaching and learning.

0 前言

住院医师规范化培训（简称规培）是医学教育的重要组成部分，也是临床实践能力培养的主要阶段，加强住院医师规范化培训，保证培训质量责任重大[1]。完善的住院医师规范化培训制度，以及高效的規范化培训模式，对完成院校教育的医学生继续进行临床实践和理论的培训，培养具有临床岗位胜任能力的合格规范医师是至关重要的。

临床麻醉学是一门对基础理论和实践能力要求极高的学科。我基地自2010年起作为麻醉学住院医师规范化培训基地，每年接收从医学院校毕业的麻醉学专业规培医师10余名。在华西医院麻醉科规培模式的倡导下，我基地拥有较为完善的培训制度和较高水平的师资力量，对规培医师进行严格培养和管理。在规范化培训的教学实践中，我们不断总结经验，对不同规培模式进行实践和探索，优化带教模式，着重临床实践能力的培养。……
