【摘 要】目的：为患者在治疗过程中提供生活方式和治疗等方面的指导，解决在医疗资源有限的情况下看病难的问题，同时医务人员通过平台对患者进行治疗干预措施，提高工作效率，提升患者整个治疗过程的效果治疗，进而促进糖尿病的防治。方法：利用现代互联网技术，借鉴现代医学和中医学对糖尿病预防和治疗的研究成果，建立一个以糖尿病预防、治疗和保健等方面为中心的平台。结果：详细说明了该平台具备的功能以及作用。结论：该平台的利用将在糖尿病预防治疗和医疗资源配置方面起到重要作用，推进医疗信息化改革。

【Abstract】Objective The goal of the study is to provide guidance on life style and treatment for patients in the course of treatment， to solve the problem of difficulty in seeing a doctor under the condition of limited medical resources， and at the same time， through the treatment intervention measures of the medical staff through the platform， to improve the working efficiency of the patients ，to improve the effect of the treatment of patients throughout the treatment process， and then promote the prevention and treatment of diabetes. Methods By using modern Internet technology and drawing lessons from the research achievements of modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine on the prevention and treatment of diabetes， a platform centered on the prevention， treatment and health care of diabetes is established. Results The functions and functions of the platform are described in detail. Conclusions The use of the platform will play an important role in the prevention and treatment of diabetes and the allocation of medical resources， and promote the reform of medical information.

0 引言

糖尿病是由遗传因素、免疫功能紊乱、微生物感染及其毒素、自由基毒素、精神因素等各种致病因子作用于机体引起的糖、蛋白质、脂肪、水和电解质等一系列代谢紊乱慢性非传染病。该病及其并发症的发病率、患病率及死亡率都随着社会经济发展和人们生活方式的改变等而不断升高。有研究报导，到2030年世界患糖尿病人数预计达5.52亿。面对如此庞大的患病人数，加强糖尿病的防治工作已刻不容缓。糖尿病作为一种慢性疾病具有终身性的特点，并且在其漫长的治疗过程中如果得不到严格管理将加速其引发各种并发症的过程，例如心血管疾病，糖尿病肾病及糖尿病足等。由此可见，糖尿病及其并发症因其危害大、费用高、治愈难的特性已经成为严重威胁人类健康生活的热点问题。……
