【摘 要】新能源汽车废气排放量低、发展前景可观，培育发展新能源汽车产业是加快汽车产业升级，有效缓解能源和环境压力，培育新的经济增长点的重要举措。在面对燃油汽车运行成本下降的情形下，东营市新能源汽车依然保持了强劲的增长，整车产销良好，订单充足，效益增长迅速，产品研发规划加强，产能扩大建设加快，核心竞争力较为突出，销售区域广泛。但是企业在自身建设、政策及基础建设、市场及宣传等方面依然存在诸多问题。本文分析了新能源汽车企业存在的问题，并在此基础上提出了相应的建议与对策。

【Abstract】Alternative-fuel vehicles can help reduce emissions， effectively ease pressure on both energy and environment. To accelerate the fostering and development of alternative-fuel vehicle is a strategic approach for accelerating the systemic transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry. Alternative-fuel vehicle industry fosters new economic growth point， and is bound to have an even broader prospect for development.Nowadays， conventional gas-powered vehicle largely reduces its operating costs. However， as alternative-fuel vehicle is highly competitive and commercial available， it has still met a great success in Dongying. From abundant orders to mass sales， from high profit margins to strengthened R&D; plannings， production expension of alternative-fuel vehicle has already become inevitable in Dongying.Nevertheless， alternative-fuel vehicle manufacturers have a lot more to improve， especially its self-construction， policy construction， infrastructure construction， marketing strategy etc..This paper analyses existing problems in alternative-fuel vehicle companies and offer suggestions and potential solutions corresponding to these problems.

新能源汽车是指采用非常规车用燃料作为动力来源（或使用常规车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置），综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术，形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车。由于新能源汽车废气排放量低、发展前景可观，被国务院确定为重点发展的七大战略性新兴领域之一。培育发展新能源汽车产业是加快我国汽车产业升级，有效缓解能源和环境压力，培育新的经济增长点的重要举措。2018年，在面对燃油汽车运行成本下降的情形下，东营市新能源汽车依然保持了强劲的增长，但不容忽视的是，东营市新能源汽车发展在关键技术、市场开拓等方面仍存在很多不足，需要从科技、市场、政策等方面进一步加大支持力度，完善配套基础设施和政策，不断推动东营市新能源汽车产业的快速发展。……
