往事与来日的现实相遇
The Past and Future Bring out the Best in Each Other
城口，重庆东北角大巴山腹地的一个县，紧邻陕西岚皋。那是一个至今没有一寸高速公路的县。采写交通新闻多年，常听一句戏谑的话，“城口县和渝中区一样都没有高速公路”。之所以说这句话“戏谑”，皆因众所周知重庆母城渝中区内是无需高速公路的。换言，城口成了重庆惟一没有高速公路的区县。也因如此，大巴山内的城口人，对高速公路的期盼始终处于渴求状态。城口沉淀了太多与交通相关的沉重往事，随着G69银（川）百（色）高速城口至开州段的开建，沉重的交通往事与诗意的来日，在当下邂逅。
ChengKou County, a central region of Ta-pa Mountain in Northeast of Chongqing and adjacent to Langao County of Shaanxi Province, is a county without any highways. Being a reporter for so many years, I often heard a sarcasm that in Chongqing only Chengkou County and Yuzhong District have no highways. Well, the point is there is no need for highways in Yuzhong District which is the downtown of Chongqing, so it’s a pity that Chengkou falls behind. For this reason, Chengkou citizens are eager to experience the convenience and quickness of highways. The construction from Chengkou to Kaizhou of the Yinchuan–Baise Expressway, commonly referred to as the Yinbai Expressway, presents us traffic anecdotes in the past and a bright future.
抵达城口县城，已是晚上8点过。
从同处重庆东北面的石柱县去往城口，时下最佳线路是绕行四川大竹、达州和万源，接近400公里。
这是城口的短板，也是城口人的无奈。所以，当G69银（川）百（色）高速城口至开州段开建的消息传来，我们在城口总能听到各种期盼——
“高速公路要在我们乡建一个出入口。”
“以后跑重庆不需要从四川绕了。”
“从城口全程高速到万州，坐高铁到主城也很方便。”
……
这些声音，出自大巴山“森林人家”（城口县农家乐品牌，编者注）经营者、跑客货运的老司机，甚或是格格面店的老板。
这条路，既是城口走出大巴山的快速通道，也是重庆又一条重要的“外联”通道——北上进入陕西，连通中国北方和西北。
期许，也是与往事告别的方式
