【摘 要】习近平同志在党的十九大开幕式报告中指出，要想实现祖国的伟大复兴，党建工作的开展是其中最为重要的内容。在新形势下，对党校党建工作进行创新，全面从严治党，加强党建工作，是提高党校党建工作水平的重要内容。基于此，论文主要对党校党建工作的创新意义及策略进行了分析与研究，希望能够取得反腐斗争压倒性胜利。

【Abstract】In his report on the opening ceremony of the communist party of China （CPC）， comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that the development of party building is the most important part in realizing the great rejuvenation of the motherland. Under the new situation， it is an important content to improve the party building work in the party school by innovating the party building work， comprehensively administering the party strictly and strengthening the party building work. Based on this， the paper mainly analyzes and studies the innovative significance and strategies of party construction in the Party school， hoping to achieve overwhelming victory in the struggle against corruption.

1 引言

党是领导一切的组织，加强党建工作能够提高党组织的工作效率，避免贪污受贿现象的出现，营造奉公守法、廉洁自律的党风。党校作为党组织对党员及干部进行培训、教育的组织，其党建工作的科学性与有效性，直接影响着党员培训效果。因此，相关干部应加强党校党建工作的创新力度，引入新的党建工作理念，做好全面从严治党工作，保证党校党建工作的时效性。

2 我国党校党建工作创新的意义

现如今，我国政府越来越注重党建工作的开展，党校党建在长期的发展过程中也取得了新的成绩。在新社会经济形势下，对党校党建工作进行创新，能够有效提高党校的培训水平。首先，党校作为党员接受培训和教育的场所，对其党建工作进行创新，可以提高党校的服务意识；其次，党校作为党员干部理论研究的场所，对党建工作进行创新，能够为党组织党建工作的开展提供参考。因此，党校党建工作的创新，对党组织工作作风、党员干部道德感与社会责任感的增强有着重要作用。……
