[摘要]目的：观察复方药艾条灸对青年群体中脾肾阳虚型肥胖症患者的临床疗效。方法：将100例脾肾阳虚型肥胖患者随机分为清艾组与药艾组，每组50例。清艾组给予单纯艾条治疗，药艾组给予复方药艾条治疗，疗程均为20d，观察两组疗效。结果：治疗20d后，相较于清艾组，药艾组患者体重、腰围数明显下降（均P<0.05），且BMI指数降低，具有显著性差异（P<0.01）。清艾组总有效率为34%，药艾组总有效率为88%，两组疗效比较具有显著性差异（χ2=37.965，P<0.01）。结论：自制复方药艾条灸对青年群体中脾肾阳虚型单纯性肥胖症患者具有显著疗效。

Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound medicine moxa stick moxibustion on obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang deficiency type among the youth. Methods 100 obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang deficiency type were randomly divided into two groups， medicine moxibustion group and pure moxibustion group， each group has 30 cases. pure moxibustion group treated by pure moxa stick， medicine moxibustion group treated by medicine moxa stick，the course of treatment is 20 days，to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results After 20 days of treatment， the weight and waistline of the medicine moxibustion group patients were significantly decreased compared with pure moxibustion group（P<0.05），and BMI index decreased， with significant difference（P<0.01）.In pure moxibustion group， the total efficiency was 34%；In medicine moxibustion group， the total efficiency was 88%.Compared with two groups，there was significant difference（χ2=37.965，P<0.01）. Conclusion Self-made compound medicine moxa stick moxibustion has significant efficacy in obesity patients of spleen- kidney - yang deficiency type among the youth.

肥胖癥是指一定程度的明显超重与脂肪层过厚，体内脂肪中的甘油三酯积聚过多以致威胁健康的一种疾病[1]。肥胖症分为两大类，即单纯性肥胖与继发性肥胖。其中单纯性肥胖是非特殊疾病引起的，无明确病因可寻[2]，无明显内分泌代谢性疾病，亦无特殊临床症状，它的发生与年龄、遗传、生活习惯及脂肪组织特征有密切关系[3]。目前，对于肥胖症的治疗主要包括饮食控制、药物减肥、手术减肥及针刺减肥等[4]，虽有一定的效果，但由于停药后反弹显著，难以坚持、费用高、副作用大、部分患者难以忍受针刺的疼痛感等原因，减肥的效果难以保持。灸法是通过施灸材料艾绒或其他药物对人体特定部位进行烧灼、温熨的一种疗法[5]。相对于针刺疗法，灸法具有操作简单、副作用甚微、无疼痛感等优势，本研究采用自制药艾条灸单纯性肥胖症患者（脾肾阳虚型），并观察其临床疗效，现将结果报道如下。
