[摘要] 目的 探讨妊娠糖尿病模拟体验在产科护理教学中的应用。方法 将见习140名同学随机均分为实验组和对照组。每组70名，实验组采取妊娠糖尿病模拟教学，对照组采取传统授课方式。对比2组成绩及综合能力。结果 实验组学生成绩、教学满意度、学生综合能力评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在产科的护理教学中，妊娠糖尿病模拟体验提高了学生对产科护理的学习效率，增强了学生的综合能力。

The Application of Gestational Diabetes Simulation Experience in Obstetrics Nursing Teaching

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the application of simulated experience of gestational diabetes in obstetric nursing teaching. Methods 140 students were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. 70 case in each goup The experimental group adopted the gestational diabetes simulation teaching， while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The performances and comprehensive ability of the students in the two groups were compared. Results The students performance， satisfaction degree and the comprehensive ability in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group， the differences were significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Gestational diabetes simulation experience in obstetric nursing teaching can improve the learning efficiency of students and enhance the comprehensive ability of students.

作為临床代谢病之一的妊娠期糖尿病，简称GDM，是一种发生在妊娠期间的疾病，患者以糖代谢异常为主要发病机制，近些年，GDM的发病率呈显著增高趋势。有研究显示，GDM可对母婴的近期和远期均产生一定的影响，如可诱发母体发生子痫或是提升剖宫产的机率，可对增加巨大儿或是低血糖胎儿的分娩机率，严重影响母婴结局[1]。近年来，在临床的护理教学中，产科护理教学具有较强的实践性和应用性，必须将理论与实际相联合，方能学懂、学通、学会。为此，该研究选取该校学生140名为研究对象，旨在在产科护理教学中，应用妊娠糖尿病模拟体验的护理效果，以提升GDM患者的护理水平，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取在该院产科见习的护理系本科学生140名，随机分为实验组（妊娠糖尿病模拟教学组70名）与对照组（传统授课组70名），每组分2小班见习，每组临床见习时间4周，每周4学时。实验组：性别：男生：10名，女生：60名；年龄：介于17～22岁之间，平均年龄为（20.12±1.5）岁；平均实习成绩：（556.2±10.2）分。……
