摘 要 中国教育科学研究院刘占的讲话《规范办园行为，提升保教质量》中指出：新幼儿园工作规程明确表述幼儿园的定位是基础教育的重要组成部分，强调了幼儿园与中小学教育不仅是相互连接不可分割的统一整体，而且在其中发挥着扎根蓄势的重要作用，必须将各级各类幼儿园纳入幼儿园工作规程要求的规范管理体系，更需要建立严格的常态化管理和监督机制，对各级各类幼儿园进行跟踪督导，引导和促进各级各类幼儿园不断提升办园行为规范和保育教育质量。作为幼教工作者我们更要深入领会和贯彻新幼儿园工作规程提出的要求，重视本园所的教育质量研究工作，通过科学专业的档案管理体系逐步完善园所运营的专业化、建立科学的制度、保障体系、完善评估工具，做好监测检测的日常工作，为高质量的学前教育机构的建设提供有益的参考。

Construct a File Management System that Can Improve the

Management Quality of Kindergartens

Abstract Chinese Research Institute of education science Liu Zhans speech "normative behavior of the kindergarten， enhance the teaching quality " pointed out： "kindergarten work order" new positioning clear kindergarten is an important part of basic education， emphasizing the kindergarten and primary and secondary education is not only connected with each other unified indivisible whole， and in which play an important the role of the roots must be ready， all kinds of kindergarten into the kindergarten work order management system specification "requirements"， it needs to establish the normalization of management and strict supervision mechanism， all kinds of kindergartens tracking supervision， guide and promote all kinds of kindergarten and constantly improve the quality of kindergarten behavior and conservation education. As educators we must thoroughly understand and implement the new issue of "kindergarten work order request， pay attention to the kindergarten education quality through scientific research work， professional archives management system and gradually improve operational kindergarten specialization， establish a scientific system， guarantee system， perfect the evaluation tools， good monitoring and detection of daily work and provide a useful reference for the construction of preschool education of high quality.

1 档案管理在托幼机构的意义是什么
