摘 要 导师在“服务国家特需”专业学位研究生培养中起着关键性作用。本文分析了专业学位研究生和“服务国家特需”专业学位研究生人才培养中导师队伍建设现状及存在问题，并对专业学位研究生教育中导师队伍建设提出了对策。

Current Situation and Countermeasure of the Construction of Postgraduates' Team of Professional Degree in "Serving National Special Needs"

Abstract The instructor plays a key role in the training of postgraduates in "serving national special needs". This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the tutor team in the cultivation of professional degree graduate students and "serving the national special needs"， and puts forward the countermeasures to the construction of the mentor team in the postgraduate education of professional degree.

隨着我国工农业快速发展，各行业对不同类型人才需求在快速转换，学术型研究生教育已难以满足当前社会发展需求。为此，2009年，教育部决定开始招收全日制专业学位研究生，并纳入全国硕士研究生统一招生安排，至此，硕士专业学位研究生教育进入了研究生招生的主渠道。2011年，国务院学位委员会第二十八次会议审议通过了《关于开展“服务国家特殊需求人才培养项目”试点工作的意见》，决定开展学士学位授予单位培养硕士专业学位研究生试点工作，要求加强产学研合作，促进人才培养与产业、行业、企业的紧密结合，创新培养模式，切实保证培养质量，积极探索专业学位研究生教育服务国家特殊需求的有效途径。专业学位尤其是“服务国家特需”专业学位与学术学位研究生培养有明显区别，其对研究生实践操作能力和分析解决问题能力有更高要求。因而，加强导师队伍建设、组建一支高水平导师队伍对于提升“特需”专业学位研究生培养质量就显得尤为关键。
