摘 要 利用地方德育资源，能够提升思想政治理论课的针对性、实效性和说服力、感染力，为思想政治理论课创新教学开辟了重要途径。思想政治理论课教师根据目标性、合理性、有效性和可持续性的原则，构建地方德育资源库，将地方德育资源转化为优质的教学资源引入课堂教学中，丰富课堂教学方法；同时，以地方德育资源为平台，搭建实践教学基地，提升学生实践能力。

Using Local Moral Education Resources to Promote the Teaching of

Ideological and Political Theory Course

Abstract The use of local moral education resources can enhance the pertinence， effectiveness， persuasiveness and appeal of Ideological and political theory courses， thus opening up an important way for innovative teaching of Ideological and political theory courses. Teachers of Ideological and political education according to the objective， reasonable， effective and sustainable principle， the construction of local education resources， local resources of moral education into quality teaching resources into classroom teaching， enrich teaching methods； at the same time， the local education resources as a platform to build the practical teaching base， enhance students' practice ability.

地方德育资源，就是在一定地域内对培养人的德性起作用的一切要素总和。按照内容，地方德育资源可以分为政治教育资源、思想教育资源、道德教育资源和文化教育资源。地方德育资源是一定地域内人们在长期的社会实践中创造出来的精神财富，在发挥德育效用上具有得天独厚的作用。开发和利用地方德育资源，使其进校园、进课堂，为不断推进和创新思想政治理论课教学开辟了重要途径。

1地方德育资源在思想政治理论课教学中的应用价值

（1）地方德育资源符合“三贴近”原则，增强思想政治理论课感染力和说服力。思想政治理论课通过对学生进行系统的马克思主义教育，帮助学生树立起正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，最终实现从知识体系向信仰体系的转变。但是，思想政治理论课教学内容单一，理论与实际脱节，导致思想政治理论课在大学生中的影响力下降。……
