摘 要：风电产业已成为内蒙古能源基地的重要组成部分。论文分析了内蒙古风电产业发展现状，明确了内蒙古风电产业存在的问题，在此基础上提出了以切实加强中长期规划、全面启动大数据应用、高度重视用户侧改革、致力协调风光火发展为主要内容和步骤的内蒙古风电产业可持续发展战略，必将对自治区风电产业又好又快发展起到积极的推动作用。

Abstract：The wind power industry has been the important components of energy base in Inner Mongolia. The paper analyzed the development status of wind power industry in Inner Mongolia and cleared the existing problems of Inner Mongolia wind power industry， on which basis it puts forward the sustainable development strategy of Inner Mongolia wind power industry which main contents and steps are strengthening long-term and long-term planning， starting large-scale data applications， attaching great importance to the reform of the user side and coordinating the development of wind energy， light energy and fire energy. These measures will play a positive role in promoting the good and quick development of the wind power industry in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

风电产业在增加能源供应、调整能源结构、减排温室气体、保护生态环境和改善地区民生等方面起着越来越重要的作用。近年来我国风电产业市场规模不断扩大，产业实力明显提升，风电产业开始步入全面、快速、规模化发展的新阶段。内蒙古风能资源丰富，风电产业发展迅速，到“十二五”末，实际装机容量已达2566.8万kW，率先实现了风电三峡工程[1]，风电产业已成为内蒙古能源基地的重要组成部分。

内蒙古风电行业在经过近十年的高速增长后，也迎来了成长的烦恼，快速发展中掩盖的一些矛盾逐漸凸显出来。内蒙古风电发展方式迫切需要改变与升华，实现从重规模到重效益、从重速度到重质量、从重装机到重电量的转变[2]。因此，科学分析内蒙古风电产业发展现状，合理制定风电产业技术路线图，深入研究内蒙古风电产业发展战略，必将有助于全面提升风电产业经济效益、社会效益和环境效益，推动自治区风电产业又好又快发展。……
