摘要：目的 研究疏肝活血方对血管性痴呆（VD）大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法 采用改进的2VO法制备VD大鼠模型。雄性SD大鼠90只，随机分为模型组、假手术组、多奈哌齐组、疏肝活血方高、中、低剂量组，每组15只。于造模3 d后开始灌胃给药，每天1次，连续4周。给药后4周行水迷宫实验进行行为学测试。结果 疏肝活血方中剂量组大鼠学习记忆成绩明显高于模型组大鼠，差异有统计学意义（P<005）。结论 疏肝活血方能提高血管性痴呆大鼠的学习记忆能力。

【Abstract】Objective： To study the effect of Shugan Huoxue Prescription on learning and memory in vascular dementia （VD） rats Methods： VD rat model was prepared by modified 2VO method 90 male SD rats were randomly divided into a model group， a sham operation group， a donepezil group and Shugan Huoxue Decoction groups of high， medium and low dose， 15 rats each group Three days after modeling， the rats were given oral administration， once a day for 4 weeks Four weeks after administration， water maze test was conducted for behavioral testing Results： The learning and memory scores of Shugan Huoxue Decoction groups were significantly higher than those of the model group and the difference was statistically significant （P<005） Conclusion： Shugan Huoxue Prescription can improve the learning and memory ability of vascular dementia rats

血管性癡呆（（vascular dementia，VD）是因脑血管疾病所致的智能及认知功能障碍的临床综合征。其发病率在所有痴呆类型中居第二位，仅次于阿尔茨海默（Alzheimer disease，AD）。在我国及日本等亚洲国家，由于脑血管病（主要是缺血性脑血管病）的高发，VD发病率较欧美其他国家为高。据流行病学调查，在欧美，VD仅占老年性痴呆的30%，而在我国其比例高达60%[1]。我国的一项流行病学调查显示，我国65岁及以上人群中VD的患病率为13%[2]，随着世界人口老龄化的发展及卒中治疗死亡率的降低，VD发病率有逐年上升趋势。患者的学习，记忆能力受损，伴随情感、性格的改变，严重影响其日常生活，给家庭和社会带来巨大的经济和精神负担。世界卫生组织（WHO）已将VD列为21世纪的重点研究项目。有资料报道，VD比阿尔茨海默病（AD）更有预防和治疗价值[3]。因此对血管性痴呆的脑损伤机制及其防治的研究，是我国以及世界医学领域联合公关、重点研究的项目。……
