【摘 要】随着世界经济一体化的进程加快发展，人们的生活水平及质量都要求进一步的提高，但由于自然资源无节制的开采和不规范的使用等问题，造成严重的环境污染，其中的水污染就是一大问题。当今世界各国都加强对环境保护的重视，我国也不例外，加强对水资源的利用与保护，从而使得我国的污水处理事业得到一定程度的改善。本文就我国现阶段污水处理的现状，及在发展过程中存在的问题，分析了原因以及对未来的污水处理事业发展趋势预测与展望。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of the process of world economic integration， people's living standards and quality are required to further improve， but due to the unrestricted exploitation of natural resources and non-standard use and other issues， causing serious environmental pollution， water pollution is A big problem. China's countries around the world to strengthen the importance of environmental protection， China is no exception， to strengthen the use and protection of water resources， so that China's sewage treatment business to a certain degree of improvement. In this paper， the current situation of sewage treatment in China at present and the problems in the development process are analyzed. The reasons and the forecast and prospect of the future development trend of sewage treatment are analyzed.

1. 污水處理事业在我国发展的现状

我国的淡水资源仅占全球水资源的6%，伴着经济社会的不断发展，城市化规模的不断扩大，城市建设和生活的用水量和排水量都在不断增加，加剧了用水的紧张和水质的污染。根据有关调查显示：目前国内年污水排放量大约是360亿立方米，而城市的废污水净化处理水平才只能达到15%左右甚至更低。大约有80%的未经任何有效收集处理的城市污染水直接排放到附近水体，使得原本具有泄洪和美化景观作用的河渠变成了天然污水渠。近几年来，国家对城市污水处理虽然增加了不少投资，但在起步阶段就远落后于西方国家。即使在改革开放以来的发展进度取得了可观的成绩，但是伴随着经济的发展脚步加快，城市化迅度发展，与之相配套的城市污水处理基础设施仍然严重不足。总体上我国的污水处理还处于发展阶段，而且存在着许多的制约因素，面临重重障碍。……
