【摘 要】钢结构的稳定性能是决定其承载力的一个重要因素，因此论文对钢结构稳定设计提出了在设计过程中设计人员应该明确知道的一些基本概念，以便帮助设计人员在设计中树立正确而完整的稳定分析和稳定设计的理念；随着新型结构不断地出现，在应用过程中，对其性能不够了解、设计经验有缺陷，导致发生失稳事故，因此论文介绍了钢结构设计中可能遇到的稳定问题，以便设计人员在钢结构设计过程中参考。

【Abstract】The stability of the steel structure is an important factor in determining its bearing capacity. Therefore， the paper puts forward some basic concepts that the designers should know clearly in the design process in order to help the designers to establish a correct and complete design in the design of the steel structure. 1. 引言

鋼结构的稳定问题普遍存在于钢结构设计中，凡是结构的受压部位，在设计时都必须认真考虑其稳定性。每当一种新结构或构件出现时，在应用过程中，因对其性能了解不够或设计经验不足，均有可能发生失稳事故。现代工程史上钢结构失稳造成的事故案例也比较多，如1990年2月16日辽宁某重型机械厂新增会议室，屋盖塌落，造成42人死亡，原因是由于设计者误将宽度只有14.4m重型屋盖结构采用了梭形轻钢屋架，且错用了计算长度系数，造成屋架腹杆平面外出现半波屈曲，导致屋盖迅速塌落；美国Connecticut州Hartford城91.4mx109.7m的体育馆网架，在1978年1月大雪后倒塌，原因是由于设计者只考虑了压杆的弯曲屈曲，没有考虑弯扭屈曲；1957年前苏联古比雪夫列宁冶金厂锻压车间，7榀1200m2屋盖塌落，起因是一对尺寸相同的拉压杆装配颠倒；1974年苏联一个俱乐部观众厅24mx39m钢屋盖倒塌，起因是受力较大的钢屋架端斜杆失稳。……
