摘 要：针对甜樱桃裂果问题，我们进行相关研究，研究结果表明：引进栽培甜樱桃，有普遍的裂果现象，裂果发生时间主要在果实的第二次生长发育期和成熟期，其开裂方式表现为不规则，有横裂、纵裂和多裂，而且裂果率有高演变趋势。强裂果想象，裂果率可高达80%。引起裂果的主要因素有遗傳因素和生态环境因素，其中环境湿度是引发强裂果的主要原因。

Abstract：The article mainly analyzed and studied the cracking phenomena of the big cherries of.Qinling and bashan area，results show that：the phenomena is more serious，this year the cracking ratio of the fruits reaches as high as 80%；the cracking ways are irregular，such as transverse crack，longitudinal crack and mutiple split；what`s more，the cracking extent is serious；the fruit cracking mainly results frim genetic，environmental humidity，envionmental temperature，soil fertilizer and calcium ions and so an，and the serious cracking mainly caused by environmental humidity.

甜樱桃（Cerasus avium L.）（Moench）源于欧洲，中国属引种栽培国家，相比中华樱桃，“甜樱桃”具有果实色泽鲜艳、果粒大、品质优良、营养丰富，保健功能强、耐储运等诸多特点，深受广大消费者青睐。近年来，我国引种栽培面积得到了十足的发展。但是，在生产栽培过程中，存在着严重裂果潜在风险，特别是亚热带地区，果园裂果率可高达60-80%。甜樱桃果实一旦发生高比例裂果现象，会产生极大的经济损失。为了促进大樱桃产业化健康发展，我们对甜樱桃强裂果原因及其防范对策进行了相关研究。

1.甜樱桃属性特征

甜樱桃为落叶乔木树种，树势中庸。在亚热带地区，三月中下旬开花（花期20d左右），5月上旬果实成熟，果期大约30d左右。树龄时间可持续20年[12]。甜樱桃适宜于地中海和温带大陆性气候，喜温暖、凉爽干燥的生态气候、不耐寒旱、也不耐涝。适合栽培的生态条件为：年平均气温15℃左右；大气湿度50%—60%；土壤深厚肥沃、pH在5.6～7.0之间，通气性好，一般不适合黏土和盐碱土壤[3，8，9]。
