【摘 要】化工行业在发展过程中，应当重视对环境的保护。从目前来看，要实现化工安全生产与环境保护的可持续发展，首先需要国家有关部门投入一定的人力和物力对其进行宏观调控，其次企业自身应当树立正确的管理理念，选择符合环境友好型发展的化工生产模式；最后从员工入手，通过员工工作责任心以及正确的职业道德培养提升化工行业的市场发展安全性和稳定性。

【Abstract】In the process of development， the chemical industry should pay attention to the protection of the environment. From the present point of view， in order to realize the sustainable development of chemical safety production and environmental protection， it is necessary for the relevant departments of the state to invest a certain amount of manpower and material resources to carry out macro control. Secondly， enterprises should set up correct management concept and choose the mode of chemical production conforming to the environment friendly development. Finally， start with employees， through the work responsibility of the staff and the correct professional ethics training， improve the chemical industry market development， safety and stability.

1 引言

随着现阶段国家工业化的迅速发展，在利益至上的当前社会背景之下，很多企业面临着环境与效益之间的抉择，尤其对于化工产业来说，往往很多化工企业会重视经济效益的发展忽视环境保护工作，这在一定程度上对全球的环境产生了负面的影响，造成了资源的短缺以及水土流失等影响。而且化工行业的发展往往会产生大量的废弃物质，这些废弃物会对空气、河流产生较大的影响，最终通过生物链影响到人类自身。在治理化工行业的污染物上，企业自身责无旁贷。

2 现阶段化工安全生产以及环境保护现状分析

从现阶段我国的化工产业发展形势来看，我国部分的化工产业以及企业面临着严峻的形势，在发展的过程中一方面是高额的利益；另一方面则是环境保护。虽然国家针对当前环境保护做出了一定的政策性调整，但是依然有很多化工企业为了高额的效益铤而走险，在一定程度上严重破坏了我国的生态环境。……
