摘 要：该文选取淮安市的赛艇运动员为研究对象，利用专家访谈法、测量法与统计法等对淮安市的赛艇运动员身体形态和专项素质特质进行研究。研究结果是：赛艇运动员身体形态特征与专项素质特征存在一定的相关性。但是，专项素质也是可以通过训练来得到很大的加强和提升的。运动员的身体形态与专项素质的综合能力是赛艇运动的制胜基础，所以要把握项目的本质规律，细化研究。

Abstract： This article will take the Huai An City Rowing athletes as the research object， using the expert interview method， the survey method and the statistical method and so on. The results of the study are： The physical characteristics and special quality characteristics of Rowing athletes have a certain correlation. However， the special quality can also be trained to get a lot of strengthening and upgrading.The athletes body shape and the special quality of comprehensive ability is winning the Rowing Do， So that more in-depth grasp of the project features from the rule of nature， refine and deepen the sports quality research.

該文针对业余赛艇运动项目在运动员身体形态和专项素质方面的研究的空白与不足，结合淮安市赛艇运动员的实际情况，对其身体形态与专项素质的特征进行分析研究，找到其存在的问题和产生的原因，从而找到相应的解决方法，为提高赛艇项目训练的专业化、科学化奠定一定的理论基础。

1 研究对象与方法

1.1 研究对象

对淮安市赛艇运动员的身体形态进行研究时，选取对象为该项目的运动员身体形态与专项素质的特征。根据研究对象需要，选取了淮安市业余赛艇训练队员共计37人，年龄为14～21岁。其中，一级8人，二级6人，三级23人；并对他们的训练年限、竞技等级、身高、体重进行统计与分析。
