摘 要：近年来，体育旅游方兴未艾，已成为体育旅游市场中的亮点，发展前景广阔。海南省是我国唯一的热带海洋大省，发展滨海体育旅游的区位优势明显，且具有可开发的独特自然资源和人文资源优势。但研究发现，海南滨海体育旅游在开发过程中还存在着不少问题。該文通过分析，运用“体育+”思维，提出了发展海南滨海体育旅游的几点对策，以期解决发展过程中存在的问题。

Abstract： In recent years， sports tourism is flourishing， has become a highlight of the sports tourism market， development prospect Hainan province is the only tropical oceans in China， the development of coastal sports tourism location advantage is obvious， has developed a unique resource advantages. But the study found that coastal sports tourism in Hainan still exist many problems in the development process. In this article， through analysis， using “sports +” thinking， put forward some countermeasures for developing coastal sports tourism in Hainan province in order to solve the problems existing in the development of.

隨着经济全球化发展的不断深化，特别是2008年北京奥运会之后，我国体育产业迅速崛起，其中对体育旅游产业投入的规模更是逐年扩大，据不完全统计，2001～2010年的年均投入超过了8.7%的增长幅度，2010年体育旅游产业的总投入水平达到了2001年的14.3倍[1]，发展体育旅游已成为我国旅游产业发展的新趋势和体育产业的重要内容。国务院在2009颁布的《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》中明确指出，“充分发挥海南的区位和资源优势，建设海南国际旅游岛，打造有国际竞争力的旅游胜地”，到2020年“初步建成世界一流的海岛休闲度假旅游胜地”，可见国际旅游岛的建设时间紧、任务重，但同时也看到了发展海南滨海体育旅游产业的机遇。

“体育+”这一概念是由体育与众多领域跨界融合这一新型社会经济形态发展而来，“体育+”思维不仅限于产业融合的外在形式，而且涉及到特有的文化和精神内涵在各领域的渗透和发挥上，内容极为丰富。……
