摘 要：地方本科院校具有传承地域文化的重要功能和使命。衡水学院作为地方本科院校之一，基于传统武术非物质文化遗产传承价值与特色挖掘，深入开展传统武术的校本课程开发：依托地方武术资源，建设系列特色课程；整合传统武术精华，编写特色校本讲义；选聘民间传统武术家走入课程；强化地域武术精神的特色人才培养。

Abstract： Local undergraduate universities have the important function and mission of inheriting regional culture. As one of the local undergraduate universities， Hengshui University conducts in-depth development of school-based curriculums about traditional martial arts by exploiting the value and characteristic of traditional martial arts which has been listed as part of Chinas intangible cultural heritage. It is committed to compiling special course handouts and building a series of characteristic curriculums by taking full advantage of the local martial arts resources and traditional martial arts essence. It also pursues to select some traditional martial artists in folk as amateur teachers. As a result， Hengshui University can reinforce the educational model which aims to foster talents with regional martial spirit.

作為中國四大国粹之一的武术又被称为“国术”。为了保护人类文化多样性和可持续发展，我国各界越来越关注传统武术作为非物质文化遗产的传承和保护工作。武术以其历史悠久、富于地域民族文化、展现国民精神等特点，6个和14个传统武术拳种（流派）相继于2006年、2008年列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录。而我国高等教育数量众多的地方本科院校，除了承载人才培养、科学研究等重任外，还肩负着传承地域文化的责任。因此，传统武术日趋走入地方本科院校，成为地方高校重要的校本课程资源。研究以衡水学院为例分析传统武术作为地方本科院校校本课程开发的探索，以期为其他传统文化在地方高校传承提供参照。

1 地方本科院校传统武术传承的价值

1.1 对继承和发扬传统武术文化的发展起着积极传播的作用

传统武术是历史悠久文化，经过多年不断发展、创新、变化，经过一代代的传承、创造至今，是人类最为宝贵的财富。……
