【摘要】目的：研究情景模拟教学在临床麻醉学示教中的效果。方法：选取2013级麻醉专业学生120人作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组各60例。对照组采用传统教学模式，实验组采用情景模拟教学模式。课程完成后，比较两组学生的理论考试及临床技能考核成绩和两组学生对教学效果的评价。结果：实验组学生理论考试和临床技能考核成绩以及对教学效果的评价均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：应用情景模拟教学模式可有效提高麻醉专业学生的理论知识及操作技能的学习效果。

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of scenario simulation teaching method in clinical anesthesia practice course.Methods： The study included 120 anesthetic undergraduate students of grade 2013，they were randomly divided into observation group and experimental group，60 cases in each group.The traditional teaching method was adopted in control group，and the scenario simulation teaching method was adopted in experimental group.After the course， compared theoretical examination，clinical skills and teaching effect of the two groups of students.Results： The students in experimental group were better than control group in the theoretical examination and clinical skills， as well as the evaluation of teaching effect，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusions：Scenario simulation teaching played an active role in studies of knowledge and clinical skills for anesthetic undergraduate students.

情景模擬教学即在规范的技术路线和参数的控制下模仿实时情景进行教学，其具有科学性、实用性等特点，最早运用于军事领域，以后逐渐应用于其他领域[1，2]。麻醉学是一门涉及临床麻醉，生命机能调控，重症监测治疗和疼痛诊疗等多方面的科学[3]。麻醉学本科教育既要适应满足学科丰富的内涵，也要适应法律及伦理等问题，单靠传统教学模式已无法满足培养高素质麻醉医生的教育目标，而情景模拟教学模式可以调动学生学习的主动性，加强安全意识的培养，培养学生发现问题并解决问题的能力。为了提高教学质量，本次研究将情景模拟教学运用于麻醉专业本科学生的教学中，并取得了良好的效果。

一、资料与方法

1.一般资料

选取本校2013级麻醉专业学生120人为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组。每组各60例。两组学生性别、年龄、平均成绩均无统计学差异（P> 0.05 ）。
