摘要：从企业成长性的概念出发，综述了国内外企业成长的理论研究；特别从中国农业上市公司的特点及其历年来的成长性研究方法着手，对影响企业成长性的企业规模、学习能力、财务因素、行业因素和国家宏观调控及政策等因素进行了梳理。分析现有农业上市公司成长性研究方法存在的问题，并提出了建议，以期为农业上市公司的健康稳定成长提供经验和借鉴。

Review of Factors Influencing the Growth of Agricultural Listed Companies

Abstract： Based on the concept of enterprise growth， the theoretical research on the growth of domestic and foreign enterprises was summarized. Especially， from the characteristics of China's agricultural listed companies and their growth research methods over the years， the factors influencing the growth of enterprises， such as the enterprise scales， learning ability， financial factors， industry factors and national macro-control policies were sorted out. Then problems in the research methods of the growth of agricultural listed companies were analyzed and some suggestions were put forward， to provide experience and reference for the healthy and stable growth of agricultural listed companies.

农业上市公司作为农业经济发展的引领者，是中国现阶段先进农业生产力的旗帜性代表，其高速成長是农业产业转型升级与集约化发展的基础。农业上市公司正在带动农业传统生产经营模式的变革和升级，成为改变农业、农民、农村的新生力量。农业上市公司的成长性问题一直备受学者、社会和政府的关注。

中国是一个农业大国，农业是中国国民经济的基础。中国要成为真正的农业强国、经济强国就必须从根本上解决“三农”问题，实现农业的现代化和农业现代企业的健康成长。农业上市公司近年来正在逐渐增加和强大，截至2016年中国农业上市公司共有86家，其中种植业与林业方面上市公司21家，养殖业24家，农产品加工业32家，农业服务业9家。政府为扶持农业的现代化为农业企业上市开辟了绿色通道，但是中国农业公司在上市之后的背农现象却十分严重，且部分农业上市公司的发展并不理想，农业上市公司的成长问题受到越来越广泛的关注。……
