中草药红茶菌制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及舍内氨气浓度的影响

试验旨在研究中草药红茶菌制剂对规模化猪场断奶仔猪生长性能及猪舍氨气浓度的影响。选用2栋保育猪舍，分别设对照组和试验组，每组416头断奶仔猪，分4个重复，每个重复4个栏，每个栏约26头猪。预试期3 d，正试期60 d，对照组饲喂基础饲粮+自由饮水，试验组饲喂基础饲粮+1%中草药红茶菌制剂稀释液自由饮用。结果表明，在对照组和试验组猪舍内平均温度分别为28.11℃和28.21℃、平均湿度分别为63.62%和63.27%条件下，末重试验组比对照组提高6.05%（P<0.05），日增重试验组比对照组提高8.22%（P<0.05），日采食量两组差异不显著，料重比试验组比对照组下降6.67%（P<0.05），发病率试验组比对照组降低2.17个百分点（P<0.05），舍内平均氨气浓度试验组比对照组降低43.60%（P<0.05），经济效益试验组比对照组提高13.36%。说明中草药红茶菌制剂能够提高断奶仔猪生长性能，改善健康状况，降低保育猪舍内氨气浓度。

AbstractThe aim of this experiment was to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine kombucha preparation on the performance of weaning piglets and the ammonia content in pigsty.2 nursery pigs were selected,and the control group and the experimental group were set up.Each group of 416 weaned piglets was divided into 4 repetitions,each with 4 columns about 26 pigs.Pre-trial period was 3 days,and the formal period was 60 days.The control group was fed basal diet and free drinking water,but test group was fed basal diet and 1%Chinese herbal medicine kombucha preparation dilution free drinking.The results showed that under the condition of average temperature of 28.11℃ and 28.21℃,the average humidity of 63.62%and 63.27%,the final average weight in the test group was higher 6.05%(P<0.05),the average head weight gain increased by 8.22%,there has no significant difference in the average daily feed intake of the weaned piglets,the meat ratio decreased by 6.67%,the incidence decreased by 2.17%,the average ammonia concentration was 43.60%lower,and the economic benefit increased by 13.36%.Indicating that Chinese herbal medicine kombucha preparation can improve the growth performance of weaned piglets and the health status,and reduce the concentration of ammonia in nursery.

研究所用的中草药红茶菌制剂是由红茶菌发酵甘草、菊花、罗汉果等中草药制备而成，是一种复合益生菌活菌制剂，含有乳酸菌、酵母菌、醋酸菌等主要益生菌。该制剂可以获得多种微生物代谢产物，如乳酸、醋酸等，不仅能改善动物肠道健康，促进动物消化，进而提高动物机体免疫力，而且有研究表明活菌制剂可以提高氮的利用率，减少氨的产生量，对养殖环境臭气也能起到一定的减轻或消除作用[1]。本试验通过饮用中草药红茶菌制剂，观察分析各项生产指标，研究该制剂对断奶仔猪生长性能及减缓猪舍氨气臭味的影响。……
