【摘要】火力发电厂的建设工程具有建设周期长、投资金额巨大的特点。为了减少火电厂建设过程中浪费现象的发生，并合理的减少建设成本，需要对火电厂建设的各个阶段做到建设造价的合理控制。文章通过对火电厂建设的决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、施工阶段的造价进行控制，进而分析了如何在火电厂建设过程中对造价进行控制。

【Abstract】The construction of thermal power plant has the characteristics of long construction period and huge investment amount. In order to reduce the waste power plant during the construction of the phenomenon of waste， and a reasonable reduction in construction costs， the need for thermal power plant construction at all stages of the construction cost of reasonable control. This paper analyzes the cost of the decision - making stage， the design stage， the bidding stage and the construction stage of the thermal power plant construction， and then analyzes how to control the cost during the construction of the thermal power plant.

随着我国经济的快速发展，在发展的过程中我国对电力的需求越来越大，在这种经济背景下，火电厂的建设对国民经济的发展具有重大意義。因此，国家在许多地区都进行了火电厂的建设。除此之外，火电厂的整体数量也在不断上升。火电厂的建设具有周期长的特性，并且在投资过程中需要巨额的资金。因此在火电厂的建设过程中，成本管理和造价控制是每个火电厂建设企业都必须研究的重要内容。火电厂的建设项目的造价控制是一项需要综合管理的系统工程。因此，火电厂建设的控制造价需要从项目开始持续到项目结束。相关部门需要根据火电厂建设的不同阶段的来进行不同的决策，从而更好的进行成本控制与控制造价。从而进一步促进我国火电厂建设的技术水平提高。
