摘 要：针对新常态下采矿工程专业人才培养理念的深刻变革，结合专业主干课《矿山压力与岩层控制》课程教学的现状，分析了课程教学中存在的问题，指出了课程教学的实施方法，在此基础上提出了课程教学改革模式的新思路，即通过转变教学观念、更新教学内容、优化课程结构、革新教学方法、完善评价体系等环节达到培养高素质复合型人才的目标。

Abstract：According to the profound reform of the talent cultivation concept of mining engineering under the new normal， combined with the current situation of teaching major courseson“mining pressure and strata control”. The problems in the course teaching are analyzed，the implementation of curriculum teaching is pointed out.On this basis， a new idea of the reform of curriculum teaching mode is put forward，that is through these methods of changing the teaching idea，update the teaching content， optimize the curriculum structure， reform the teaching methods and improve the evaluation systemto achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and inter-disciplinary talents.

隨着国家工业化进程的快速推进，能源结构体系发生了深刻变革，煤炭经济增长历经“黄金十年”后迎来了稳定发展的新常态。面对新的发展机遇和严峻挑战，煤炭资源的转型调整迫在眉睫。如何构建采矿工程专业新常态下的人才培养体系、设置科学合理的专业课程结构、制定开放共享的课程教学模式成为摆在矿业类高校面前的全新历史课题[1]。《矿山压力与岩层控制》作为采矿工程专业的核心主干课，是采矿本科学生的必修课，具有理论性强、知识面广、实践性突出、覆盖面宽、综合性强的特点。选取《矿山压力与岩层控制》这门典型的采矿工程专业课为代表，结合新常态下采矿工程专业的人才培养要求，以开放式多元化的研究视角，分析课程教学中存在的问题，梳理课程教学的教授方法和实施环节，探讨课程教学改革创新的新模式。
