【摘 要】新时期医院职工思想政治工作的开展对医院的发展有着重要作用，所以，为了能够完善职工队伍，保证医院良好的集体形象，就需要不断对职工进行引导，使其树立正确的人生观和價值观，并且在提高医院职工思想政治工作的过程中，充分调动医院职工的工作积极性。论文首先总结了新时期医院做好职工思想政治工作的必要性，然后对目前医院职工思想政治工作的开展现状进行了分析，并对改进现存的问题提出了相应建议，希望能够为现阶段医院职工政治思想工作提供有效参考。

【Abstract】The ideological and political work of the hospital staff in new period plays an important role in the development of hospitals， so， in order to improve the staff team， to ensure a good collective image of hospital， we need to guide the staff， establish a correct outlook on life and values， and in the process of improving the ideological and political work of hospital staff， fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in hospital. This paper summarizes the necessity of ideological and political work of the hospital staff in the new era， and analyzes the development situation of ideological and political work of hospital staff， and gives some suggestions on the improvement of the existing problems， hoping to provide reference for the effective work of present hospital staff political thought.

1 引言

随着医疗体系的不断改革，医院职工的思想政治工作已经越来越健康化，但是在社会发展的过程中，依然存在很多的问题，让医院职工的思想出现了不稳定性和多变性的情况。面对目前医患关系紧张的现状，加上医院职工自身思想和观念的不断变化，在新时期做好医院思想政治工作迫在眉睫。医院相关部门必须采取有效措施，改进其内部思想政治工作，只有保证医院职工的思想政治朝着正确的方向发展，才能够确保医院能够稳定和谐发展。

2 新时期医院职工思想政治工作的必要性

医院在发展的过程中，利用思想政治工作能够提高医院职工的工作效率，还能够改善医院与患者之间的关系，因此，思想政治工作的开展是必然的。在新时期的社会环境下，建设思想政治工作是医院提高基层职工工作积极性的重要手段，通过思想政治工作的开展，可以让医院的管理更加规范，更加合理科学，也能够让医院与基层职工拥有良好的沟通[1]。……
