摘要： 医学生信息伦理素养的培育是适应现代医学模式转变、构建和谐医患关系、培养合格医学人才的需要。信息伦理素养是信息素养的一个重要方面，目前我国医学生的信息素养教育主要着重于信息获取技能的培养，而信息伦理教育相对缺失。本文从微观层面提出基于高校图书馆的医学生信息伦理素养培育路径，希望为高校医学生信息伦理教育实践和合格医务人员培养提供参考。

Research on the Cultivation of Medical Students' Information Ethic Based on University Library

Abstract：Cultivation of information literacy of medical students' ethics is to adapt to the change of modern medical mode，building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship，to cultivate qualified medical talents.Information ethics accomplishment is an important aspect of information literacy.At present，the information literacy education of medical students in China mainly focuses on the cultivation of information access skills，while the information ethics education is relatively lacking.From the micro level，this paper puts forward the cultivation route of medical students'information ethics accomplishment based on university library，hoping to provide reference for the practice of information ethics education and qualified medical staff training.

信息伦理又称信息道德，在协调人与人以及个人与社会的信息关系方面具有指引作用，它的研究對象越来越多的涉及整个信息社会的伦理问题。在具体执行方面，主要依靠人们的内心信念以及社会舆论力量来维系[1]。按其要求，大学生在信息伦理意识、信息伦理知识、信息伦理情感、信息伦理行为四个方面均应达到一个较高水平。

1 医学生信息伦理素养培养现状分析

医学生是一个敏感而特殊的群体，是将来从事人类生命科学相关工作的医务人员，其信息伦理素养的培育尤为重要。然而除医学高校设置的医学信息检索课中绪论章节涉及信息伦理概念和意义外，尚未有一门专门的学科来培育医学生的信息伦理素养。通常医学高校对大学生的信息伦理培养是在医学信息素养教学中渗透的，大多数是通过开设图书馆利用、医学信息检索与利用、医学信息资源与建设等课程完成，但总体来说，我国医学高校大学生的信息伦理素养不高。……
