摘 要 随着教育体系的不断改革，我国大多数高校都开设了太极拳教学。太极拳是武术拳术中的一种，讲究天人合一，是一项看似简单却练习起来非常困难的运动。因此传统的教育方式已经不能满足这种新型的运动，这就需要我们在体育教学中不仅要重视知识技能，还应该注重学习的过程，培养学习主动学习的好习惯。针对太极拳在高校中的教学，我们对应用发现式教学进行了试验探索，力求提高太极拳教学质量，促进我国大学生的身体健康。

Experimental Exploration of "Discovery Teaching Method" in

Taijiquan Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Abstract With the continuous reform of the education system， most colleges and universities in China have set up Taijiquan teaching. Taijiquan is a kind of martial arts boxing， pay attention to the harmony between man and nature， is a seemingly simple but very difficult to practice sports. Therefore， the traditional mode of education has been unable to meet the new movement， which we need in the sports teaching should not only attach importance to knowledge and skills， the process should also pay attention to learning and training to learn good habits of active learning. In view of the teaching of Taijiquan in Colleges and universities， we try to explore the application of discovery teaching， and strive to improve the quality of Taijiquan teaching， and promote the physical health of college students in China.

0 引言

19世紀50年代，德国著名的教育家第斯多惠曾提出：“科学知识不应该只是传授给学生，而是应该多引导学生去发现它们，独立地掌握它们”，“一个差的老师奉送真理，一个好的老师教人发现真理”。后来，这种发现式教学方法一直延续至今。[1]步入21世纪，面对飞速发展的信息化时代，人们的生活水平也不断提高，大多数高校开设了太极拳教学，这项讲究精、气、神的运动越来越受大学生青睐，但是由于太极拳注重人与环境和谐统一，大多数学生在练习太极拳时，容易分心走神。这就需要老师积极引导学生自己去感悟，去理解太极拳里面的思想。在太极拳教学过程中，老师要注重培养学生探索发现的能力，采用发现式教学，提高学生主动学习的能力和对技术动作的理解水平。[2]因此，本文就对发现式教学法在高校太极拳中的教学方法进行实验探索。……
