【摘 要】我国经济的发展促进了我国建筑行业的蓬勃兴起。其中，机电设备的安装对于维护建筑工程质量具有至关重要的作用。同时只有在機电安装过程中做好全过程的造价管理工作，才能保证机电安装工程可以有条不紊地进行下去。因此，研究机电安装全过程中的工程造价管理对于保障建筑质量与安全具有十分重要的作用。论文从根据机电安装工程的特点进行出发，并提出切实可行的改进意见，以期为我国机电工程造价管理提供有力的参考与借鉴。

【Abstract】The development of China's economy has promoted the vigorous rise of China's construction industry. Among them， the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of construction projects， and only when the whole process of cost management in the electromechanical installation process is carried out can the mechanical and electrical installation work be carried out in an orderly way. Therefore， the research on the project cost management in the whole process of mechanical and electrical installation plays an important role in ensuring the quality and safety of buildings. The paper starts from the characteristics of the electromechanical installation project and puts forward some practical suggestions for improvement to improve the cost management of electromechanical engineering in our country.

1 引言

机电安装工程是保证建筑工程质量的重要因素，其安装质量对建筑工程质量、节能效果、安全运行以及使用功能等具有重要的影响作用。同时，机电安装工程涉及较复杂的安装流程与施工技艺，如果没有采用科学系统的安装方案，会对建筑工程质量以及工程造价管理控制带来严重的影响，并且机电安装工程造价占据建筑工程总造价的重要部分，只有做好机电安装工程的造价控制，才能有效控制整个工程造价成本。

2 机电安装工程特点

机电安装工程是建筑工程安装的重要构成部分，是完成项目使用功能的重要机电系统工程，其中由消防工程、通风与空调工程、给排水工程、电梯工程与电气工程、智能化系统工程等六项工程组成[1]。其安装内容可以分为设备安装调试与管线综合布置等内容。……
