【摘 要】在精神文明与物质文明的建设中，社会经济的发展逐渐呈现出全球化特点，这也不断影响着企业的经营管理。企业正常运行的效率影响着企业内部控制管理与风险管理的整合速度。但在社会经济飞速发展的时代下，由于企业的经济效益在不断提升，使得各个企业之间的竞争越发激烈。鉴于此，论文针对企业内部控制管理与风险管理整合的重要性进行了简要分析，并对企业内部控制管理与风险管理整合的策略进行研究。

【Abstract】Under the construction of spiritual civilization and material civilization， the development of social economy gradually presents the characteristics of globalization， and it also influences the management of enterprises constantly. The efficiency of the normal operation of an enterprise influences the integration speed of the internal control management and risk management. However， in the era of rapid socio-economic development， the continuous upgrading of economic efficiency of enterprises makes the competition between enterprises more and more intense. In view of this， this paper briefly analyzes the importance of integration of internal control management and risk management， and studies the integration strategy of internal control management and risk management.

1 引言

就现今社会经济发展而言，其所处的市场环境处于劣势状态中。在企业经营管理的过程中，影响着企业经营的有效管理，这使得市场风险的预算、企业经营管理效率以及管理水平的大幅度提升成为其最为重要的发展障碍。在新时期不断改革创新的时代，诸多企业已经实现了内部控制管理与风险管理的完美整合，这能够有效地体现出企业内部管理的统一性，进而实现企业的高效管理与改革创新的互帮互助，有效地将企业内部控制管理与风险管理进行整合，不仅能很好地满足新时代快速发展所需要的要求，还能大大降低企业运行所产生的各项费用，从而为提升企业的经营管理效率提供最重要的改革策略。
