【摘 要】随着世界经济的一体化，国际贸易在整个国民经济中所占的比重越来越重要，国际商务谈判是国际贸易合同的基础，直接影响双方经济利益，因此国际商务谈判也越来越重要，对口译人员的要求也越来越高。目前许多口译策略方面的研究大多是探讨所采取策略或方法的优劣，很少对口译者在具体的口译过程中，为何要采取直译或意译做出系统的理论解释。在商务英语谈判口译中，不忠实于原文的口译经常出现。功能主义翻译理论学派的目的论对此做出了理论上的解释。

Analysis on Interpretation Strategies in English Business Negotiations from the Perspective of Skopos Theory

【Abstract】With the integration of the world economy， international trade has played more and more important part in the whole national economy. As the foundation of international trade contract， English business negotiations directly affect the economic interests of both sides， therefore， English business negotiation has become more and more important as well， which means there will be high requirements for the interpreters. At present many researches about interpretation strategies are the advantages or disadvantages. Few theoretical and systematical statements are given to the choice of “literal” and “non-literal” strategies in the interpretation for English business negotiations. In the interpretation for English business negotiation， interpreters sometimes will interpret unfaithfully on purpose， which can be explained by the “skopos theory” of the functionalist theory of translation.

0 引言

隨着全球化的发展，国际贸易也飞速发展，这几十年国际贸易在整个国民经济中所占的比重越来越重要。国际商务谈判是国际贸易合同的基础，直接影响双方经济利益。因此国际商务谈判也越来越重要。我国国内学者对商务谈判口译的研究主要集中在面子理论、跨文化交际、合作原则、语用失误等方面。从目前国内学者的研究来看，大多数学者从避免语用失误的角度来探讨商务英语口译策略，但没有提出实用的口译策略。本文尝试以功能主义翻译理论着手，研究目的论如何指导商务英语谈判口译策略的选择。

1 目的论简介

现代功能翻译理论认为翻译是一种交际行为，整个翻译行为的过程应该是由翻译行为所要达到的目的来决定的。目标语的交际目的决定了译者必须使用什么样的翻译方法和策略已达到交际沟通效果。……
