[摘要] 目的 探讨并分析家庭访视护理对老年高血压患者遵医行为及家庭生活质量水平的影响。 方法 选取2014年6月～2015年6月在我社区前80例老年高血压患者并建立健康档案的，符合病例选取标准及排除标准的，按随机数字表法随机分成两组，观察组和对照组，每组各40例，对照组患者不进行任何社区护理，观察组给予提高社区老年高血压患者服药遵从行为的家庭访视护理。干预6个月后，观察比较两组老年高血压患者的服药遵从行为及家庭生活質量水平的不同。 结果 在实施家庭访视护理前，两组患者的遵医行为评分、以及家庭生活质量水平各项评分无明显差异（P>0.05）；在实施干预措施后，观察组患者的遵医行为评分、家庭生活质量各项评分明显高于对照组患者，其差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 社区老年高血压患者进行家庭访视护理，可以在某种程度上提高患者的服药遵从行为，并且在很大程度上改善患者的家庭生活质量水平，提高与护理工作人员的亲密关系。

Influence of family visit nursing on compliance behavior and family quality in elderly patients with hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of family visit nursing on compliance behavior and family quality in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods For 80 elderly hypertension patients with health records and consistent with the criteria for the selection of cases and exclusion criteria in our community from June 2014 to June 2015 were slelected. According to random digital table method， they were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with no community care， and patients in observation group were treated with family visit nursing for improving medication compliance behavior of elderly patients with hypertension in community. After six months intervention， the difference of medication compliance behavior and family quality of life in the two groups of elderly hypertensive patients was compared. Results Before the implementation of family visit care， there were no significant differences in the scores of medical compliance and the quality of life among the two groups （P>0.05）. After the intervention， the score of medical compliance and the quality of family life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Family visit care for elderly patients with hypertension can improve the patients compliance behavior to some extent， and to a great extent， improve the quality of family life， and improve the intimate relationship with nursing staff.

当前我国高血压患者达2亿以上，而在60岁以上的中老年中有40%～50%是高血压患者[1]。随着老年化社会的加速发展，中老年患者的发病率逐渐升高，而目前高血压患者的主要临床治疗是通过降压药物控制患者的血压水平，所以患者的服药遵从行为对患者的临床治疗有至关重要的作用。本文旨在研究研究家庭访视护理对社区老年高血压患者服药遵从行为及家庭生活质量水平的影响。现报道如下。
