[摘要] 目的 探讨舒适护理干预在无痛消化内镜检查中的应用效果。 方法 选择2015年9月～2016年9月期间至我院行无痛消化内镜检查的患者192例，随机分为观察组和对照组两组，各96例，观察组在对照组接受的常规护理基础上辅以舒适护理干预措施，比较两组患者护理后SAS、SDS量表評分及不良反应发生情况，并调查两组护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率95.83%显著高于对照组76.04%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组疼痛评分及SAS、SDS量表评分均显著低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组不良反应总发生率9.38%显著低于对照组21.88%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度98.96%显著高于对照组90.63%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 舒适护理干预无痛消化内镜检查对于改善患者不良心理情绪、减少不良反应的发生效果显著。

Application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods 192 patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal endoscopy in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，with 96 in each.The observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention at basis of routine nursing in the control group.SAS score，SDS score and occurrence of adverse reactions after nursing of patients in two groups were compared.Nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group 95.83% was significantly higher than that of the control group 76.04%.The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Pain score and SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were all significantly lower than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 9.38% was significantly lower than that of the control group 21.88%.The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.Rate of nursing satisfaction of the observation group 98.96% was significantly higher than that of the control group 90.63%.The difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy can significantly improve patients bad mental emotion and reduce occurrence of adverse reactions.

无痛消化内镜检查作为一种较为安全的检查方法，在临床中已得到广泛应用，且得到大多数患者的认可[1-2]。然而内镜操作实质上仍为有创性操作，对机体造成局部刺激，从而引起患者的不适感[3]。舒适护理干预改变传统的护理理念，体现了“以人为本”的中心思想，旨在为患者提供更为优质、合理的护理需求[4-5]。本研究以2015年9月～2016年9月期间至我院行无痛消化内镜检查的192例患者作为研究对象，旨在探讨舒适护理干预在无痛消化内镜检查中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选择2015年9月～2016年9月期间至我院行无痛消化内镜检查的患者192例，纳入标准：患者年龄<60岁，ASA分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级，且无气道梗阻及麻醉和镇痛药物禁忌症，同时排除严重肝肾等重大器官损伤者。随机分为观察组和对照组两组，各96例，观察组男51例，女45例，年龄18～78岁，平均（42.1±6.3）歲；诊断结果：消化道黏膜慢性炎42例，消化道息肉33例，恶性肿瘤12例，食管胃底静脉曲张9例。……
