[摘要] 目的 探讨循证护理对肾结石患者的效果。 方法 选取我院 2015年7月～2016年6月期间治疗的100例肾结石患者作研究对象。对其进行随机分组，每组50例。对照组行传统护理，实验组行循证护理，对两组患者的生活质量评分、健康知识的掌握情况、对护理服务的满意度及住院时间进行比较。 结果 经护理，实验组患者生活质量评分、对护理质量的评分、健康知识的掌握情况、对护理服务的满意度及住院时间均明显好于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 循证护理用于肾结石患者效果显著，可以提高患者的生活质量、对疾病知识的认知程度、对护理服务的满意度，进而减短患者的住院时间，加快患者的恢复速度。循证护理方法值得临床推广。

Clinical effect observation of evidence-based nursing on patients with renal calculi

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of evidence-based nursing on patients with renal calculi. Methods 100 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each.Patients in control group were treated with traditional nursing，and patients in experimental group were treated with evidence-based nursing.The quality of life score，health knowledge，satisfaction with nursing service and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared. Results After nursing，the quality of life of patients，test scores on nursing quality score，health knowledge，nursing service satisfaction and hospitalization time of experimental group were significantly better than those of control group，and there was statistical significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for patients with kidney stones has significant effect.It can improve the patients quality of life，cognitive level，the disease knowledge of nursing service satisfaction，and shorten the hospitalization time of patients，accelerate the speed of recovery of patients.Evidence based nursing is worthy of clinical promotion.

腎结石是一种临床上比较多见的疾病，肾结石的发病率在近几年呈逐年上升的趋势，极易导致尿石症。导致该病的病因较多，主要包括感染性因素，环境因素及代谢性因素，发病人群以青壮年男性居多，研究发现，男性患病几率约为女性2.5倍[1-2]。肾结石是良性病症，然而可能会导致堵塞尿路、腰部绞痛和肾积水等后果[3-4]，所以在治疗期间必须给予有效地护理，护理方式的选择对于肾结石患者来说至关重要，循证护理以科学知识为指导，患者为中心，将护理资料同患者需求相结合，满足患者对护理服务更高的要求，是一种新兴的护理模式[5]。为研究循证护理在肾结石患者的临床效果，选取我院2015年7月～2016年6月期间治疗的100例肾结石患者作研究对象，随机分为两组，对照组进行传统护理，实验组进行循证护理，并进行效果评价，现将研究内容报道如下。……
